What is ACT?

ACT - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,
is a short-term cognitive-behavioral therapy with high clinical effectiveness.

It focuses on building psychological flexibility and accepting difficult emotions, not eliminating them.

Its goal is to help individuals accept what they cannot change and live in harmony with their own values.
